Peaceful stay, staff are exceptional and make your every need met. Food was good, the spa excellent and the room was quiet and clean. My only minor negative was the very small TV and a few signal issues but this was resolved by the excellent team. Will certainly stay again. Brilliant hotel.

Fantastic weekend stay. The Spa is beautiful with a gorgeous outdoor hot tub and thrilling sensory showers. The dinner was exquisite-and everything on the menu looked inviting-we had the pigeon and burrata starters with guinea fowl and beef for mains. All were cooked beautifully. And the room was very comfy! All things considered very good value and definitely returning!

What a cosy and comfy hotel. This is really a place where you feel like coming home. The staff is so friendly. The food including service is superb Breakfast is amazing as you can order from the menu instead of a buffet (which is usually the same everywhere) The room is very comfortable, silent, warm and dark. The shower was outstanding. These days is rare to find a hotel shower with sufficient water pressure and controllable temperature. Happy customer

Went for an afternoon tea today for my Birthday, on arrival had a birthday card on the table with some seeds to plant which was a lovely touch. The staff were attentive and super friendly, always around when you needed them. I would have given 5 stars for this review but found the desserts to be disappointing. The scones were delicious but not liking chocolate desserts i was disappointed to find out of the 3 cakes 2 were chocolate so missed out. Would have been nice to have another option or something with fruit. I know you can’t please everyone but 2 chocolate options was a bit much.

Stayed for 2 nights with my daughter and our dog came along too. Wonderful hotel. Room was amazing with direct access to outdoor space which was great for Milo. Beautiful bathroom. Spa was so relaxing and a delight in the midst of the awful wet weather we had been having recently. The restaurant staff were so helpful, attentive and friendly and even set us up in the library so we could take Milo with us which really made our stay perfect and the food was perfect too. Could happily have moved in!! Hope to visit again soon. Thank you.

A stunning hotel in a beautiful spot. Had a voucher from family and extended this to a couple of days. Main reason was it is supposedly dog friendly. It is the most dog welcoming place we've stayed in Norfolk so far. The staff are excellent, attentive but not in your face so and friendly, nothing appears too much trouble. Room was spacious and well equipped with a huge bathroom. The spa facilities were excellent. It felt other worldly as if the whole of time stopped. Would love to go back and have already started recommending it to friends and relatives.

I recently stayed at Congham Hall for a one-night spa break with my sister, and it was a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. The food was excellent – well thought out, beautifully presented, and thoroughly enjoyed by both of us. Service throughout the hotel was consistently warm and professional, which really added to the relaxed atmosphere. The absolute highlight of my stay, though, was the spa. Kerry was the star of the show. Her professional and friendly personality immediately put me at ease (I get very anxious about having body treatments, but with Kerry, for the first time I felt completely comfortable), the ‘Five Element Body Experience’ she provided was exceptional. The treatment was of such high quality and left me feeling deeply relaxed, calm, and completely pampered – exactly what a spa break should do. It was a wonderful short escape in a beautiful setting for us busy mum’s. We left feeling refreshed and very well looked after, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Congham Hall to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality spa experience.

So impressed! I've been gluten and dairy-free for five years now, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service surrounding this. The staff exceeded my expectations, taking the time to listen and accommodate my dietary needs. One staff member even customised the gluten- and dairy-free menu just for me! The food was unbelievable! I couldn't be more satisfied; I was very impressed, and the next day I felt great with no stomach problems. This meant a lot to me, and thank you. You are only the second place in five years to be so supportive regarding dietary recommendations. The rooms and spa were perfect for a one-night stay. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely return.
